Shurflo Pump 150psi Replacement Pressure Switch Kit

The pressure switch is desgined to save the pump from damage by switching it off when the line pressure reaches a certain value. A faulty pressure switch can cause permanent damage if not replaced. These pressure switches  fit our 12v Shurflo pumps and are calibrated to shut off at 150 psi - higher than the standard 100psi. If you are not sure which switch you require then the 80 - 100psi unit should be used.

By far the most common reason for a pressure witch to fail is by 'throttling' the flow with a valve, which causes the switch to cycle on and off upto 100 times per minute! To remedy this we recommend the use of a controller such as our Flowmaster to vary the flow and only using a valve downstream to turn the flow on and off.
